Ellen joined Dr. Wells as an assistant in 2003. Prior to moving to Michigan, she spent 5 years as a chiropractic assistant in Illinois. Due to her proven dedication, commitment and support, she was soon given the responsibility of office manager. Ellen enjoys problem solving and planning for the office.

Tammy joined the team as a chiropractic assistant in April 2007. She has many years of office experience. She quickly became invaluable to the practice. She was promoted to office supervisor in May 2008. One of Tammy’s many strengths is training new employees. She is passionate about giving great customer service to our patients.

Lindsay joined the team in May 2008. In her role as Dr. Wells’ assistant, her primary responsibility is transcribing notes. She is a senior in the exercise science program at Western Michigan University and is attending Chiropractic school after she graduates. She enjoys interacting with patients and learning about patient care.

Teresa had been a stay at home mom for 8 years before joining the team in March 2008. She enjoys taking care of patients and organizing projects. Her responsibilities as a chiropractic assistant include answering phones, greeting patients, and office correspondence.

Janaria began working for our office in 2008. Previously, she had been a stay at home mom for 11 years. She is our account specialist. Her duties include office billing and answering questions from patients. She enjoys learning about insurance and solving patient account problems.
